No matter where you are in the process we can help you finalize the planning and executing of your special day! We also have several rental items such as chargers, linens, centerpiece glassware, furniture rental and much more that we make available to our brides exclusively! This could save you hundreds of dollars in décor items that you would not need after your event. See our rental section for pricing. In addition to our wedding planning, we are avail to plan other events such as birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, proms, and social events. We are also not limited to helping with destination weddings as well!

For the couple who has a good start on securing vendors but needs to pull it together with final design decisions, itineraries, organizing and executing the day of event.
Event Management
Ideal for the couple who has secured all vendors, completed their design concept and just needs someone to handle the logistics and décor install of the wedding day. This service usually starts about 60 days before the event.

The Farmhouse was built in 1858 and frames the entrance to the historic farmland that provides the perfect entrance for your wedding guests down our shaded country lane.
You can envision the past being blended into the present as materials from old barns, outbuildings, farm equipment, tobacco sticks, and vintage furniture are used in the creation and building of newer structures at the venue.
The grounds and barns at Cedar Grove Acres offer indoor and outdoor options for both ceremony and reception as well as a blank canvas for you and your planner to personalize and bring your wedding day vision to life. You can choose to work with one of our suggested vendors or you are welcome to bring any licensed vendor of your own.

Matthews Wedding
Alicia and Lauren were wed at Cedar Grove Acres in early spring 2021. The couple holds a special place in my heart as Alicia is my niece and Lauren compliments her so effortlessly. The colors of this wedding were emerald green and dusty rose with a touch of modern design. There were some special moments that touched all of our hearts.
Behler Wedding
Krista and David’s wedding was a horse drawn carriage fairy tale wedding on the family farm in Louisburg, NC and featured many sentimental details such as the gazebo where her parents wed, along with the house which is a stunning plantation home with a grand staircase. Florals featured the Juliet Garden Rose and candle lit lanterns which completed the look under the tent.
