Cedar Grove Acres Spotlight

Creating Memories by Kris is excited to be the partnering with Cedar Groves Acres in assiting couples with coordination and decorating services. We are even more excited to be working with you in the preparations of your special day! Kris will be the liaison between the client and Cedar Groves Acres to coordinate the event if hired. Please see below the services that we provide for Cedar Grove Acres.

Client responsible for securing all vendors and staying within the contract guidelines of Cedar Grove Acres.

Services for Cedar Grove Acres include:

  • Initial telephone consultation with client(s) to discuss event status

  • One off-site in-person consultation or décor consult if needed within reasonable travel distance

  • Final off-site meeting within two weeks of event to go over all the details

  • Available to attend any on-site visits allowed by Cedar Grove if needed-refer to CGA contract

  • Unlimited calls, texts or emails between the hours of 10am to 9pm daily as needed

  • Install decorating items provided from the client for the day of event to the client’s specifications

  • Onsite ceremony direction and rehearsal practice (off-site ceremonies are an additional cost)

  • Develop a floor plan of the reception/ceremony spaces

  • Communicate with all vendors to confirm details of services if needed

  • Greeting and supervising vendors and set up

  • Provide 1 additional staff person who knows the entire plan and help with on-site ceremony and décor installation

  • Work with client and vendors to create itineraries and timelines for bridal party and vendors

  • Ensures that the timeline of ceremony and reception events are on schedule to keep the evening flowing smoothly

  • Overseeing the event set-up and clean up. Includes cleaning of the bridal suite, ceremony and reception spaces
